  • Most appointments take around 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of pieces you're getting.

  • No worries! You can simply snip it off with scissors or wire cutters at home (we’ll even show you how if needed). If you’d like it re-welded later, we can usually do that too.

  • It’s designed to last, but “permanent” really means clasp-free and meant for everyday wear. While it’s durable, it may eventually wear down over time—just like any jewelry..

  • At Divine, we accept walk-ins and appointments for permanent jewlelry every Tuesday-Friday from 11am-6pm.. Appointments are required for Saturdays. If we ever have last minute openings or cancellations, we will post on our social media or reach out to people on our waiting list on our booking site.
